Scope of Work: 

Visual Cue Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining the 44mm Stinger, the MADSS and Smokey SAM Simulators and Visual Cueing devices. 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs tasks that require mainly physical abilities and effort involving setup and launching of Smokey Sam and Stinger Visual Cues 
  • cleanup and proper disposal of expended rockets
  • maintenance and teardown of launchers and controllers
  • Must be able to be certified to handle and launch pyrotechnics
  • Performs courier duties when required
  • Documents maintenance actions in IEMS. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • at least 1 year of related experience 
  • High School Diploma required  
  • Class “B” Pyrotechnics Training 
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
